Omesh is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 55 years experience and was one of the inaugural Senior Counsel appointments in 2012.
With a background in accounting and finance, Omesh’s initial practice focussed on litigation before expanding to cover corporate cover corporate and business law.
His meticulous attention to detail and encyclopaedic knowledge of the law led to his appointed as a Commissioner of Assize with powers authority and jurisdiction of a High Court Judge, a position he held for 3 years alongside his private practice.
Over the course of his many years of practice, Omesh has been instrumental in the shaping of the laws of Kenya and is universally respected by clients, the judiciary, peers and juniors.
